A Beginner's Guide to Buying Orchids
Is it okay to buy a highly discounted orchid? There is no tag for
the plant, but the flowers look nice, should I buy it? New orchid
hobbyists and seasoned veterans alike find themselves having
to make these decisions.
Come join us at our May general meeting to get answers to
questions like this and ask your own personal questions. Our
guest speaker will be Matthew McKnight III, an orchid grower
and collector of nearly 13 years. As an orchid vendor at many
orchid shows, he has developed an ability to spot plants worth
buying. Please join us, bring a friend, and learn about some
considerations to remember when purchasing orchids.
