AUGUST GENERAL MEETING ACTIVITY
Hilo Show Presentation
We have eight of our KOS members that are planning
to attend this year's Hilo Orchid Show, whose theme
is "Legends & Lore. " Don"t worry if you will not be
able to attend this show. At our next meeting, we
plan to share our show experiences with the rest of
our members. We will cover highlights from the very
beginning, the Thursday evening's Gala Preview
Night to the actual show starting on Friday. Our main
purpose of attending the Hilo Show should be to
observe and learn from this outstanding event.
Unfortunately, at least one of our members is going
to the show with the primary purpose of finding
some special orchid plants to buy and add to his
personal collection. So, who is this individual? We
will identify this person at our next meeting. See you
